In order to process client enquiries and other forms of customer communications, it is necessary for us to record, store and retrieve a nominal amount of data pertaining to our customers. Creativity Unlimited therefore assumes all customers consent to us managing this data by whatever manner is necessary and appropriate to enable such queries and instructions to be correctly actioned.
Attaining a Task Quotation
All quotation requests can be made using the contact form provided on this website, please describe your requirement/ brief in as much detail as is necessary to enable the requirement to be understood in full, so as to enable the most accurate quotation to be returned. We endeavour to respond to all quotation requests within 2 working days. All quotations provided will include an estimate of the time taken to undertake the work based upon prevailing work loading, however such guidance is provided as an estimate only. In instances where a customer may delay order placement, Creativity Unlimited are under no obligation to conform to the same work timeline and may issue a revised completion schedule. All quotations shall carry the Creativity Unlimited terms and conditions of work for customer reference.
Placing an Order
Once you have been quoted for the work required, if you wish to proceed with the order, please notify Creativity Unlimited who will provide a written summary of the brief to sign and return along with the agreed cost of the work. To confirm your order, please sign, date and return this work brief and confirm acceptance of the Creativity Unlimited Terms and Conditions of work. In certain instances, payment or part-payment for the work must be made up-front prior to work commencement, although exceptions apply for some large, complex or staged work tasks (in such cases the customer will be offered alternate payment options within the quotation, as appropriate). Once order confirmation and initial payment is received, the order will be undertaken as per agreement and the client shall be updated on work progress throughout the task.
Customer Requirement Changes
Should a customer have necessity to change the details or specifics of the requirement/ brief after Creativity Unlimited has commenced work against a task, we reserve the right to make an additional charge for any differentiation in costs/ effort between the two briefs up to that point, which may include a proportional charge for any consequential redundant effort, where applicable. Such charges will not apply where work effort completed at the time of requirement change notification is common for both requirements, or where work effort has not advanced sufficiently to produce any redundant work effort.
Customer Order Cancellation
Should a customer have necessity to cancel an order against any of our services once Creativity Unlimited has commenced work against the task, we reserve the right to make a charge for any reasonable costs and effort accrued to that point. Such charges will not apply where notification of cancellation is received in advance of any work effort being commenced.
Unless specifically advised to the contrary by Creativity Unlimited, all orders for Creativity Unlimited services and work are subject to advance payment or part-payment prior to order processing and work commencement, in accordance with details provided on quotation. All work can be paid for by card payment, Paypal, bank transfer or cheque, using the payment details provided on all quotation and invoice paperwork. All services provided by Creativity Unlimited require payment to be received a maximum of 30 days from the date of invoice.
In the instance of payment default, Creativity Unlimited reserves the right to pause work until payment is forthcoming, and will not accept any liability for consequential delays to work completion. The Client shall assume responsibility for all collection of legal fees necessitated by default in payment.
Any usage rights not exclusively transferred to the client are reserved to the Illustrator. Any usage beyond that granted to the client shall require agreement by Creativity Unlimited. The grant of client reproduction rights to the finished work is conditioned on receipt of full payment.
Delivery of Work
Work ‘delivery’, generally relates to digital transfer of work between Creativity Unlimited and the customer and will apply in the majority of cases, except where content or filesize prevents this. Any delivery time or date specified by us is provided in good faith but is given and intended as a provision only and the company shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising from delay in delivery. In the case of delivery delay or of unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control of Creativity Unlimited, we shall contact you and agree an alternative submission date.
Work via Third Party Sites
Any work placed through a third party website such as People Per Hour, oDesk or similar shall be subject to the contracting procedures and rules as described on the respective site, which must be strictly adhered to. Each website has its own regulations governing means of contact, engagement, payment etc and therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with all applicable rules prior to placing any work via these means.
Goods Receipt Procedure
General work receipt procedure for all work conducted is a simple written receipt confirmation notice to Creativity Unlimited by email or other means. This is retained for Creativity Unlimited records of successful delivery. From time to time, Creativity Unlimited may also request feedback on work produced, any such feedback requests are sent along with the completed work to customer. Customers are under no obligation to complete such feedback, although this is useful to Creativity Unlimited for continued improvement of our service to customers.
At Creativity Unlimited we aim to supply a high standard of service in a timely manner, however there are rare occasions when errors are made. Should you be unfortunate enough for this to occur we will do our utmost to swiftly remediate any problems, where reasonably possible.
